What do I need to do before you come to my home?
To help us serve you better, we kindly ask that you pick up clothes, personal items, orclutter from the floors and surfaces that will be cleaned. This allows our teamto focus fully on providing a detailed and efficient cleaning service.No need to worry about supplies our cleaners bring all the necessary products and equipment, including eco-friendly options if requested. We’ll take care of therest according to the cleaning package you choose.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. However, since our cleaners are scheduled and paid per job, last-minute cancellations directly affect them. To be fair to both our clients and our team, we have the following cancellation policy:
- ✅ Reschedule/Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment – No fee will be charged, and we’ll gladly help you reschedule at a convenient time.
- ✅ Reschedule/Cancel within 48 hours of your appointment –
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, the appointment may be subject to cancellation.

Will I have the same cleaner?
We always do our best to send the same cleaner to your home for consistency and comfort. However, due to scheduling or availability, we cannot always guarantee it.Before each appointment, you’ll receive a reminder with the details of your booking,including the name of the cleaner (or team) assigned to your service that day.This way, you’ll always know who to expect at your door.
Do I need to be home?
It’s completely up to you! Many of our clients prefer to be home, while otherschoose to give us access when they’re away. Either way, you’ll always know whenour cleaners arrive and when they leave.If you won’t be home during your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance and provide any necessary instructions for secure access to your property.
Are pets okay during cleaning?
Absolutely we love pets! 🐾 Our team is happy to work in pet-friendly homes.For safety,we kindly recommend crating or securing your pets while we clean. This helps prevent them from feeling stressed and reduces the chance of them accidentally slipping out when our team enters or leaves your home.
How do I pay?
For your convenience, invoices are sent the next business day directly to your email,
including a secure link to pay online.
If you’d like an even easier option, you can enroll in autopay just let us know, and we’ll set it up for you.
